As of Wednesday, October 26, 2022, I made my company, Celerity Solutions LLC, official.
It’s been in the making for quite some time. As I became more and more attached to my teams and the outcome of their success, I noticed that Scrum was being wielded over them as a tool of control rather than autonomy. The drive to deliver to market and beat out everyone else was starting to supersede the care of the people bringing our MVP to fruition.
I’m passionate about having the ability to do both. I’m driven to see everyone in the process as happy or at least content they can be during development. When I learned the principles behind the methodology, I took them to heart.
So, I’m striking out in a drive to continue my passion. I am proud and will continue to see how far I can go.
